3 - 4 Hours beach time
You can enjoy the beach, have a wonderful coasta walk along the Comino de Ronda (the coastal path that leads all the way to France), play Volleyball, sunbathe, go swim or enjoy the local restaurants and bars.
Photos of your day (no extra charge)
Your guide takes photos of the group with a GoPro during the stand up paddleboarding tour. We'll send you a link to download them. (You can also bring a camera if you wish to get those perfect shots for Instagram)

Return transport from Barcelona
Pick you up and drop you is next to Arc de Triomf (Central Barcelona) with an air-conditioned van, minibus or coach. The drive time is just over 1 hour & 10 minutes from Barcelona to the Costa Brava.
Valuables box
Phones, wallets, keys etc are better left on dry land so we have a box that is locked away during your time on the water to keep them safe.
All equipment
Your paddle, and your stand up paddle board, life-jackets, snorkel tube and mask are all included. We provide wetsuits FREE of charge on cooler days.
Safety briefing & introduction to stand up paddleboarding (SUP)
You'll be given a quick overview of how to stand up paddle (SUP) and use your equipment. We'll also give some important safety information before you set off on your SUP adventure.
Paddleboarding & snorkelling rental
Enjoy the famous Costa Brava at your own pace. Take along some snorkelling equipment (included), dive in and explore the underwater world at your leisure.
Lunch & a bottle of water
You'll enjoy a classic Spanish picnic lunch that we'll give you before you set off. We provide 1 bottle of water for the tour.
Beach time
Enjoy time on the beach after you've finished to soak up the sun, have a walk or sit in a bar. You should enjoy some well deserved drinks so have an explore to find your perfect spot after all, you're on holiday!
Beach volleyball
Fancy a game of vollyball after the tour?! We provide a ball if needed and there is a puplic net. If you're feeling it and you have energy, now's the time to meet some locals or play with your group.

While you're out at sea, you can store phones, wallets, keys etc on dry land in our valuables box. It will be locked away during your time on the water to keep everything safe

One of our guides will take you through the basics of how to stand up paddle (SUP). Also how to use your equipment and some important safety information before you set off on your SUP adventure.
Paddleboarding lesson, free time & snorkelling rental
You'll start with a professional instructor on dry land where you'll learn the basics of stand up paddle. From there you'll hit the water and learn as you practice in real time.
Our instructors are very patient and experienced so they'll be able to help you get to grips with the process. We'll make sure you're ready before you set out for an hour of free time.
You will enjoy the famous Costa Brava at your own pace and can take along some snorkelling equipment. It's wonderful to dive in and explore at your leisure.
